Thinking Carefully

That there was controversy surrounding the Lord Jesus Christ is beyond question. Opinion concerning Him was divided. Some did indeed acknowledge Him as 'The Christ' others ridiculed Him, but many doubted. A question those who knew of Him would have faced is, 'who do you say that He is?' That same question must be asked of you.

In your thinking, would you say that you are an independent sort of person, a free thinker, or are you someone who follows the crowd and maybe responds to peer pressure?

Are you sceptical, believing nobody but your own judgement? Or, with careful thinking do you think that there are such things as certainties?

Careful thinkers think ahead, remembering not to just judge on appearance alone. Rather make judgements according to the thoughts of God expressed in the Bible. It has a great deal to say about how we ought to think.
