You don’t have to carry heavy stones on your shoulders to remember your salvation. You have the signs of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Every time you see someone baptized, or when you participate in the Lord’s Supper (a good reason for frequent celebration), always remember that the new Joshua, Jesus, led you to a place of safety and continues to be with you. You can them move forward, not with arrogance, but with trust, to bring the world under the dominion of Christ.
