One important part of Christian growth is learning how to trust God with the decisions of life. God does not want us to depend on our own mind and resources. God's will is that we turn to Him for wisdom and trust Him. One way by we we seek His wisdom is by seeking counsel from our brothers and sisters in Christ, especially our pastors.
