Pray, And Bad Things Happen? Yeah... that's why you need to listen to this pastor

Again we need to start with a Rona update and the side effects to society and economics world wide.

From time to time our pastor receives advice. Oh, this should be good. I'll just let you listen to this part. It's fun.

The most important thing our pastor can do every Sunday is John 11:25, because when you read or hear that verse, you're mind has to answer. Do you Believe Him? We get into this in a little bit of depth. This verse takes you places in the Bible. We're talking about Continuity of the Soul. You must define 'life' as Jesus defines it. You will keep on living. It's your destination that's at stake.

Now we're back to Job 1:12. Always look at the 'Behold's. When God says that, something very complicated is about to be said. One good question here in this study of Job is, How much free will do we have? Discovering what happened with Job is very important. Satan struck Job with an infection, a bad one. Why didn't God protect him? We pray and we pray, that bad things don't happen to us... But God does nothing! Yeah... that's why you need to listen to this pastor. So, let's settle in and just listen for a while. The one thing that it's critical to understand here is the death of his sons and daughters. Extreme sorrow. We delve into the curse on Job. Satan's trying to get him to curse God. Instead, he curses himself. We talk about Job's position as mediator. There are others in that role. Suffice it to say, lots of problems need to be solved with this Book of Job.

We do get back to Moses and Elisha. This is good stuff, and important.

So, sit back, relax. Make sure you've got a note taking device and open your TextBook. It's time to press play.
