The Heir of All Things

Verse 4 says that, "Christ has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name." He was appointed to have this name above every name by God the Father so that we might be worshipful; so that we might come and worship and adore Him today, the One who has come into the world to save sinners. At this Christmas season we should remember that Jesus, as the Father's gift to a perishing world, is also the heir of all things throughout all the history of this world and into eternity.
