The Groanings of God's Holy Spirit

Paul tells us that God's creation groans. He tells us that God's people groan. But there is Another Person who also groans: God's Holy Spirit. He groans with God's people and for God's people as He intercedes for us with groanings that cannot be uttered. What a comfort it is that the Third Person of the GodHead is praying to the Father for us, and that what He is praying is for our good and God's glory. And, He is asking the Father to do that which it is His will to do in the first place! "If God is for us, who can be against us?"
