The Characteristics of the Godly

To be Godly is to be God-like. It is to be God focused and God fearing. Godliness is the fruit of the New Birth and the Work of God the Holy Spirit upon one's life. It encompasses both faith as well as obedience. For all true saints Godliness is something to be sought after with all diligence. True Christianity cannot exist without sincere Godliness.
