There was a powerful attraction and drawing power for these men Andrew, Simon Peter, then Philip and Nathanael to take up discipleship of Christ. Any observant reader would surely ask, what made them do it?

People are still asking this question today. Why do people give their lives to be Christians and follow the Lord Jesus the Son of God as their Saviour. People take stock of how life-changing it is and how it turns them from the world to be serious stedfast and solidly committed to the cause of Jesus Christ. And there is no turning of them nor any talking them out of it. They must do it and they must do it wholeheartedly.
