II. The Answer of DEITY (v.1c)
"I alone ... might to save"!

III. The Question of APPEARANCE (v2):
. "Why are you red ... your garments stained?

IV. The Answer of His PRESENCE (vv. 3-6)
. A. To Punish - "anger; fury; vengeance"
. B. To preserve - "My redeemed; salvation"

Conclusion: Christ bestows grace (v.7):
