Fit for the King

While Solomon's palace tends to get overlooked compared to the Temple, it took nearly twice as long to construct and possessed a scale and elaborateness that made the palace the envy of other monarchs then and in the centuries following. The light that flooded the four story interior and the elaborate throne of judgment direct our attention upward to the place where the King of Kings dwells and from which He shall come to deliver the final judgment.
