Our Misery Exposed

Although Nicodemus saw Jesus in the dark, Jesus saw him (and us) with the clarity of the light, exposing our wrecked state for all to see. However, Jesus not only shines the light on our sin but also upon our savior, who is seen through the Spirit's regenerating work.
