The God With Whom We Have To Do

Here we have the account of David delivering seven of Saul's descendants to the Gibeonites for execution because of an atrocity committed by Saul against the Gibeonites. This is a difficult passage of Scripture because it seems to violate our sense of fairness. But the main truth of this passage is that God is a God of justice who takes very seriously breaches of covenant and shedding of innocent blood.
