Whom The Lord Loveth...

"Whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth!" What a comfort this truth is, when the Lord has to chasten & correct us, as he did to Jonah! When we remain stubborn in our sins, sometimes the Lord may have to remove something, or send something, or reveal something in our lives. But whatever the Lord does, a Christian can be assured that he is dealing with him as His child. God is no less gracious to you when he has to chasten you so that you might return to Him!
