Why do we sin?

We are born of sinners and carry the condemnation of the one trespass of Adam in the garden.

In this sermon the account of Adam and Eve's fall in Paradise is explained in light of the instigation of the devil (the trickery he used to deceive them), the rebellion of the first Adam (the ultimate action he took to deprive himself and all his posterity of the good gifts promised in the Covenant of Works which God made with him), and the fearful expectation of death introduced that day in the garden.
