The True Lost Condition of Man

When Paul unfolds the doctrine of the Gospel in the Book of Romans he does a very full and complete consideration. I want to take a few of those verses toward the end of that section in chapter 3 which are quoted from the Old Testament, and walk through them again as a reminder to us of the true lost condition of every single person. Until the grace of God intervenes for salvation; that is their true condition. I think that believers sometimes lose their perspective on the reality of sin. Some of the comments that are made in the public realm which we've referred to before, give the idea that we expect sinners to be other than sinners. In our very being at the very heart of our existence we are sinful fallen beings.
