The Sabbath Day is included in the moral law of God. It is not a religious observance, practice, or service. Keeping or not keeping the Sabbath Day is a moral issue. That means that there is more to the matter of the Sabbath than most people consider. Because it is a moral law it is a sin to disregard the Sabbath.
