The phrase "But God" occurs 44 times in the scripture. God had a purpose for Sarah and God has a purpose for us. God came to Abimelech in a dream and he feared God. It was evil that Joseph brother did to him but God did it for good. God is in control. God can bring evil to his people for their good. Read Jonah. How important is it to be delivered from our offences.
