Kingdom Living: Do Not Be Anxious

Pastor's Prayer
Father God, when you open your hand all creation is satisfied. You alone sustain, provide, keep and care for all that is. You are perfect in your wisdom and show yourself glorious in all your ways. We confess the morning, Lord, that our hearts or often overwhelmed with anxiety, worry and fear. We frantically run around frustrated, stressed and burdened. We look at each day with dread and disappointment instead of hope and joy. Lord, help us. Grant your Word to triumph in our hearts of doubt and despair and cause your Spirit to stir us toward hope, joy and confidence as we seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness that we might rest secure in the shadow of your wings, in the strong and sure refuge we have in Jesus Christ our Lord, and Savior. Amen & Amen.
