Labors of the Pastor

The labors of a pastor include:

1. The word of God and prayer.
2. Labor to find the meaning of the Word of God so he can give it to us.
3. Know the spiritual pulse of the church. When to give teaching, admonishment, or instruction.
4. Diligently and faithfully seek to excite our heart to the things of God.
5. Strengthen our faith, encourage our hope.
6. Draw out our love to Christ and to each other.
