#2 Sickness or Sin? Where do we draw the line

We can easily go to extremes when seeking to understand Mental Health challenges. Either we excuse everything as being caused by a sickness of the mind with no personal responsibility, or often we do not allow for chemical and biological factors. Where should the line be drawn so as not to excuse personal responsibility? When do we recommend that professional medical help be obtained and what are the underlying foundations of modern therapies?
