Dynamic Equivalency

Modern versions of the Bible have two significant problems. The first is that they are based on a defective Greek testament. But the second serious problem is that they are translated with a defective method of translation known as dynamic equivalency which is 'thought for thought,' rather than 'word for word.' This message of warning spells out the dangers inherent in this faulty method of translation.
