In the morning of the Lord's day we will take up Mark 8.31-38, a very significant text. We also have the tremendous blessing of a covenant baptism that morning. May the Lord be praised! Theme: The Lord reveals His suffering to glory, and ours

1. Jesus now explains what the Messiah must do

2. The Lie of Satan denying His Messianic Mission is severely rebuked

3. Jesus also explains the cross-bearing "way" His disciples must take

4. His way and ours is glory for Him and "glory" for us!
