The LORD Sees Through You

You can fool a lot of people with your outward appearance. But you can't fool God. He cannot be deceived. His judgment concerning you will be final. "For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom the Lord commends" (1 Corinthians 10.18). How many people approve of their own character and never bother considering the One who created them? What a dangerous and deceptive life. May God save us from our own self-evaluations.
