The Miseries of Materialism

In James 5:1-6 James pronounces judgment against rich people who misuse their wealth by entering four exhibits into evidence against them. Exhibit A: You hoard your wealth. Exhibit B: You gained your wealth through fraud and oppressing the poor. Exhibit C: You used your wealth to live a soft life of self-indulgence. Exhibit D: You have used your wealth to condemn and murder the righteous, unresisting poor.
