Whatever afflictions or temptations the people of God face we can be assured that God orders it and over-rules all for good - including all the devil's malicious designs.
The Lord's purpose even includes the activity of Satan v7.
The Lord has a gracious purpose in all the afflictions of his people v7.
The Lord does not even remove all the apparent hindrances when we ask him v8.
The Lord uses the consciously weak v9,10.
