Did Christ give the church a Plan for reaching the world, or did He simply leave it to us to find our way? Matthew 28:19-20 is more than a call to arms - - it is the Plan that the Church should follow in meeting her call. The example of the early church consistently follows the Paln laid out by our Lord - - should we do any less?
