God Working to Magnify, and Glorify His Own Name

The Prophet declares that God is doing what the people should have done, that is make sure His name receives the magnifying and glory it is due. He is refining them in the furnace of Babylon, but choosing a pagan King (Cyrus), to free them from captivity to be able to go back to their land to be restored to their rightful inheritance in Him through repentance and obediance.
