Giving God The Glory

How different David's attitude was to that of the rest of Israel. They were terrified, he was only concerned for God's glory. His faith was in God, who had delivered him from the lion and bear and would deliver him from Goliath. He came against Goliath bearing testimony to the God of Israel who, said David, will give thee, and the army of the Philistines into Israel's hands. And to what purpose would this take place? That all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.
