7. I Know Where You Live

"I know where you live..." Sometimes we use these words as a good-natured implied threat - if you don't follow through, I can find you. When Jesus spoke these words to the church in Pergamum, however, they were an explicit assurance of understanding - I know where you live, and I know that living as a Christian is very hard there.
