The Incarnation and the Spirit

The incarnation of the eternal Son represents a watershed moment in human history. Since that event, only two groups of people exist: those who see the infant Jesus as fully God and yet fully man, and those who dismiss Him as only a man, as a spiritual figure, but not God. And each of these views come with consequence for one's eternal destiny and life in the present. Only the Holy Spirit can reveal Jesus, and so we can ask God to reveal Jesus to us, by the Spirit, through the Word. We are absolutely reliant upon the Spirit's ministry to truly know Jesus as the incarnate God.
