The Saints' Perfect Captain

The writer of Hebrews here declares our vision of Christ, not one of fleshly eyes but with the sight of the mind, the heart, and the understanding. Our Master was so humble, so meek, so gracious during His earthly experience and these qualities carried Him through the sufferings and agony of His atoning passion for the chosen of God. Our text declares that God has made Him the Captain of our salvation; made perfect through His vicarious atonement.
