Nehemiah's Prayer is Answered: The Importance of the restoration for the Advent seaso

Pastor Stoos brings together the conclusion of his series on Nehemiah and the Advent season where we celebrate the coming of Christ. He shows how Zacharias served the temple in the division of Abijah just as King David has establish and Nehemiah had restored. It confirms our celebration of the Christmas season in December and should encourage us to see faithful generations serving long after Nehemiah were gone.

Pastor Stoos also shows that Zacharias and all of people of Israel were praying for the salvation of Israel to come and that this was the prayer that the Angel Gabriel said was being answered. The birth of John the Baptist was a fulfillment of what the final Prophet in the Old Testament, Malachi, declared at the end of his book. There has been NO interruption in God’s story of redemption.
