The Fate of All God's Enemies

Here is irony.

Mordecai the Jew fails to fall down before Haman and is intended for death by his enemies, but lives.

Haman the Agagite falls down before Esther and pleads for his life, but dies.

In chapter 7 we discover that every decision of 'human agency' recorded thus far in the story of Esther, will not only fail to be accomplished, but the opposite of what man intended will take place.

Indeed, this is the story of providence!
