Example of Biblical Friendship Evangelism

Tony's plan was to spend a couple hours outside the North Hollywood Metro Station distributing tracts, carrying the cross, and maybe have a couple conversations. The Lord's plan was for Tony to spend the better part of two hours talking to Steve--a 58-year-old African-American. Steve was at NoHo for one reason: find someone to buy him something to eat. Steve got what he wanted and a lot more than he bargained for.

This conversation is important for a few reasons: 1) it's an example of biblical friendship evangelism; 2) it's an example of making the individual more important than the plan; 3) it's okay to talk straight with people, even to the point of making them feel guilty.
