Why bother striving to live the Christian life? Why try and teach your children the truth about God? Why labour in the pursuit of godliness? Why genuinely try to put sin to death in our lives? Why give yourself to it, given the discouragements, the difficulties, the opposition...?

These are serious questions? For if we are giving ourselves to that which is not real then who are we kidding?
