Enemies from everywhere

As David is on the run it seems his enemies are multiplying. First it was the Philistines and then Saul, now the Ziphites are betraying David and on top of that the Philistines are back. David just can't catch a break so he moved his men yet again and time and geography almost became his enemies as well.
