Obama's Rhetoric vs. Reality

For me, the levity expressed in the opening statement of SOTU address last night spoke volumes about the President's assessment of the state of the nation. It revealed a rosy outlook on the current condition and a bunch of flowery rhetoric about the future. Rhetoric that just doesn't match the reality of what is taking place in the world.
