Christ Treated Dishonourably

The sufferings and humiliation of Christ were not just experienced and seen in His time in the Garden of Gethsemane, and the further events that lead to His sacrificial death, but throughout His entire life, He was despised. Isaiah 53:3 in speaking of the suffering servant, prophesies of Christ by saying "He is despised and rejected of men…He was despised, and we esteemed him not." Such despising is revealed to us in this passage:
