Sadly Christians often throw up their hands in despair when it comes to sorting out thorny issues of Bible interpretation. They aren't hopeful. They are pessimistic. "It just comes down to your interpretation" they say. Others - in the millenial - generation are inclined to speak about what a passage "means to me." Theirs subjective approach is driven more by postmodern ideology than pessimism. Here is an alternative: an objective method for Bible interpretation that is biblical and that - followed - will lead to agreement rather than division.
