1. What it is not:
   A. A call to cease from critical thinking
   B. A call to abstain from moral judgements
2. What it is: Jesus condemns:
   A. Faultfinding
   B. A critical spirit
   C. A holier-than-thou attitude
   D. Comparing ourselves to others
3. Applications:
   A. Be concerned to remove the speck out of your brother's eye after you have removed the log from your own.
   B. Recognize your own sins.
   C. God will not endorse sin.
   D. Love does not allow one to continue in sin.
   E. With the sober assessment comes the remedy.
