Justification by Faith : The Faith of the One and the Many!

Chapter five of Luke's Gospel brings two dramatic healings that show the power of Jesus to forgive sins. Confronting His doubters and accusers, Jesus asked them which is easier to say, 'your sins are forgiven or rise up and walk.' Is it more important that He heal the body now or the body and soul for all eternity?
Pastor Stoos uses this probing question to show the importance of the confession of sins and assurance of forgiveness being in each and every worship service. Without the proper understanding of how important this is, modern churches have wondered off into miracle services and entertainment rather than the Good News of the Gospel.
