The Second Coming of Christ and the Kingdom

Thank you for joining Whitcomb Ministries here on SermonAudio.com! We trust that your heart will be warmed and your mind stirred by this special presentation which was given at the Sixth Annual Day with Whitcomb Ministries, held in Brookfield, Wis., on Nov. 21, 2009.
In this message, Dr. John Whitcomb speaks about the believer's great hope: resurrection and glorification.
Our teacher explains that the second coming of Christ will be comprised of a complex series of events -- much as His first coming was.
Especially difficult in this text are the details which Daniel was given regarding the numbers of days which would mark Israel's future history.
It is our prayer that this sermon will shed much light for listeners on Christ's coming millennial kingdom -- even as the events which directly precede it may be casting their shadows in our day.
"Things that we never could have believed possible are happening upon the world," Dr. Whitcomb explains, showing that the Temple in particular is an indicator of the nation of Israel's prophetic future.
