Maximum Living

Solomon, king of Israel, was the ultimate party animal! He had all the wealth, power, and platform from which to experiment with finding true satisfaction in life! But 'under the sun', that is from a purely human perspective without any consideration of God, he found that 'all is vanity and striving after wind'. Nothing satisfied! But when he factored God into the equation, he found that the key to maximum living began with God! Maximum living comes from the hand of God, the God who is in control of what happens to us so that we can relax and enjoy life! We can experience stress-free, relaxed living. God is not only in control, but He also gives to us life as a gift to be enjoyed, not a grind to be endured. As a result, we can experience regret-free living. But to experience maximum living, we must find the balance, avoiding the extremes out of fear of God! This results in guilt-free living. Jesus Christ has come that we might have life, and have it abundantly. And maximum abundant life comes only from a right relationship with God.
