Jesus, The Hope of the World

Luke drives home the fact that from the very beginning of Jesus' earthly existence, God wanted the world to know that Jesus is our only hope. A side note is seen in that Joseph & Mary were devout parents who wanted to raise Jesus in a spiritual environment. This shows us the importance of raising our children in the spiritual environment of a church family.
