Encouragement #1: We Have A Unique Purpose!

The apostle stated, in 1 John 5:19, 'the whole world lieth in wickedness.'

As Christians, we are only too conscious that we live in a world of sin.

We feel acutely the need of encouragement.

In this 'Esperanza' (Spanish word for 'hope') Series of messages, I want to emphasise some 'Encouragements for Christians Living in a World of Sin.'

In this first message the focus is on God's great Creation and our function within it. We are not a collection of 'cosmic accidents.' Rather, we are the masterpiece of the creative genius of Almighty God.

Therefore, it is most comforting - and inspiring - to know that in this world WE HAVE A UNIQUE PURPOSE.
