God wants us:

1. To be led by good leaders

2. To work together within the distinct roles He has given us

• 1 Corinthians 12:27

• 1 Corinthians 7:31

3. To look forward to the coming of or Saviour

• Titus 2:11-14

Conclusion

• God has placed Christians under the
  government of leaders which He has
  called to lead his people in spiritual
  matters
• We must recognise and wholeheartedly
  embrace the fact that we are not in a
  church primarily for our own benefit
• This letter demands that, for a clear
  vision of the future we must look past
  this life towards our heavenly future.
