Enoch's crystal clear faith

83

“crystal clear” means obvious or apparent. He was a man whose faith was so rewarded that he just walked on from the land of the dying to the land of the living one day. So clear was his faith that he was not- that God took him and left us this wonderful testimony of his departure and that he pleased God. Now that is a goal for all Christians, that we would please God. His faith was impact; they could not find him. They missed his preaching, even if it was that they didn't want to hear him they still noticed the silence. Is our faith impacting? These same people who may criticize are the ones who may need to look for you to pray for them. Prayer changes things. Do we give evidence of our faith? Enoch did, and it came before he was translated. His story began before he ‘was not'. he pleased God by his faith in the living God. He walked in agreement with God. They had a daily appointment to meet together and had a common destination. Enoch continuously drew near to God. Many of us draw near and say “good enough” and then stop drawing near. We must diligently or hunger for Him. Do we, like Enoch, crave more of God?
