Colossians 2 Part 15 - Buried with Him in Baptism

Paul now looks at God’s dealing with the flesh through the reality of what occurred when we were united with Christ. This took place when we were saved and is the baptism of the Holy Spirit which takes us out of our condemning position in Adam and puts us now in Christ. In Christ God sees us as crucified with Christ, buried with Him and now raised up to newness of life. This is the key to how we are to see and deal with the sinful nature that we received from Adam.
