Having considered the hearer of the gospel's NEED in the previous sermon, and having begun to describe his HOPE, we now continue to lay out that HOPE. His hope is in the specific message of the gospel.

This message, after putting forward the glorious hope of the gospel, concludes by describing the reward that lies before the hearer of the gospel. Many today simply presume that one of the most motivating factors in the Christian life, is to see a miracle. Here we have considered how Scripture motivates believers to personal purity.
