Love and Holiness

If you could ask for anything from God, what would it be? The world encourages us to look for power, riches, and fame, but we claim that we know better. We would be wiser and ask for faith, wisdom, or maybe power with God. It is interesting to note that the one thing Paul prays the most for in his letters is not one of those things listed. Paul prays many times that the church's would grow in and understand the love of God. This was also the area where Christ challenged Peter. After Peter denied the Lord, Jesus met with him to asked about his love. His question must of haunted Peter, “lovest thou me?” Join us as we look at the love we are to have and exhibit and how this ties into holiness.
